CHECK THESE FIRST
- Open Profile and make sure you are signed in with the same account you used before. If you have more than one, it is worth checking both.
- If the game offers you a choice of saved games, read the article on signing in before you choose, because the choice cannot be undone.
- Close the game completely and open it again.
SO IT DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN
Sign in, and sign in early. It is the one thing that protects everything else.
