How do I request a refund?

Here is how refunds work for Paper.io 2.

WHAT CAN BE REFUNDED

Currently, only the No Ads purchase can be refunded.

ON iOS (iPHONE / iPAD)

Apple handles all App Store payments, so we cannot issue the refund ourselves. Request it directly from Apple:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find the Paper.io 2 purchase and follow the steps

Apple usually responds within a few days.

ON ANDROID

Send us a ticket:

1. Open the Contact Support page, or contact us from the game via Settings → Help & Support
2. Select the categories Purchase Issues → No Ads not working
3. Include the email address associated with your purchase

If the purchase is recent enough, we will process the refund on our side.

GOOD TO KNOW

A refunded No Ads purchase cannot be switched back on. If you would like it again later, simply purchase it again from the Shop.
