What are the basic rules of Paper.io 2?

Paper.io 2 is all about claiming as much of the map as you can, and keeping it.

HOW TO PLAY

You start with a small patch of territory. Slide your finger anywhere on the screen to move. Your character follows your swipes.

• Leave your territory to draw a trail
• Return to your territory to capture everything inside your trail
• Repeat to grow your zone

HOW YOU GET ELIMINATED

Your trail is your weak spot:

• If another player touches your trail before you close it, you are eliminated
• If you touch your own trail, you are eliminated as well

You are only safe inside your own territory. The bigger you get, the bigger the target on your back.

HOW TO WIN

There are two ways to win a match:

• Conquer 100% of the map, or
• Eliminate your rivals by cutting their trails before they cut yours
